Sadis banget cha!
Radical demotivator! Sounds like the perfect counterbalance to the superficial society we know today, right?
I detest those motivational placards. The bright, cheery-uppiness of it annoys the hell out of me. Cuz it makes me feel like I haven’t done enough and that all my life I’ve been a quitter who never pushes her farthest.
People generally don’t like to be reminded of their weaknesses
And those motivational stuff really sound like brainwashing quotes to get corporate employees to work (at the risk of sounding like a porn star here) harder, longer, faster which means working overtime, expecting no payrise and no bonus, enslaving yourselves to the company and maybe, just maybe, you’ll earn that reward you’ve been wanting to get.
Which is…. ?
Money? Power? Reputation? Admiration?
People can go a little bit crazy in the head if they’ve been in the corporate world for too long. Nobody wants power nor money THAT bad. Or do they…?
