24 Weeks of MindBuzz!
Yay. We’ve reached the 24th week of MindBuzz!, a micro blog inside Journal by The Lightbeamers, MD. MindBuzz! delivers insightful quotations found over the Internet, books, or magazines each week and displayed on the top middle sidebar of this blog. Not only that these words are insightful and thought-provoking, they’ve also been helping us in providing a certain theme for the Journal’s main blog contents during each consecutive week. From famous thinkers, writers, artists, scientists, poets, economists, writers, educators, philosophers, to politicians, and male or female from various religions, race, and nationalities, our task is to perserve their enlightening thoughts and deliver them to the modern mass.
Key factors in finding the right quotation for MindBuzz! are: 1. Since MindBuzz! is powered by Twitter and Alex King’s Twitter Tools, the quotation must be less than 140 characters. If you’d like to check awesome web apps also powered by Twitter, check here; 2. The quotations could be responsive and situational at times. Some were chosen based on current trends and top stories across the new media environment; 3. And intuition. After mugs of coffee, a long gaze towards the sunset, and swimming around in our imaginary lava lamp, we could be rather intuitive in choosing these quotations.
Here’s a compilation of 24 quotations sorted from the latest one. Hope everyone enjoyed them as much as we did. Feel free to share us your favourite or suggest a new quotation in the comment form below.
