therry’s last blog post..100 Things.
Yeay c’mon!.. Let’s do a makeover!
So all of the sites listed above are Wordpress blogs?
Hm.. Can you give a tutorial on how to modify the CSS with AI then? Okay, I understand AI but I still don’t understand how we could transform it into CSS in Wordpress..
Giving a tutorial means I’d have to open another blog, for the screenshots and everything. I’d give one when I’m ready to do a full makeover of this blog.
Here’s a brief one:
1. Get your illustration ready. Be sure that the illustration flow with the layout your basic theme has.
2. Draw, draw, draw. Finished.
3. Create image slices of the illustration according to the theme’s layout. Save for Web.
4. Edit the CSS file of the WordPress theme. Insert each image slice for each parts of the blog structure. Header, sidebars, footer, etc.
5. Experiment and make further corrections from there. Font styles, colours, buttons, and so on.
6. Ta-da! You’re ready.
Easier said than done though.
Very interesting info
helpful for internet newbie such as me.
