Budayawan bukan orang paling berbudaya. Budayawan hanya sekelompok orang yang punya perhatian akan kebudayaan. Kebudayaan yang bagi kebanyakan orang sekarang hanyalah berupa tontonan kesenian tradisional. Blog ini hanya mencoba meresonansikan nilai nilai budaya dari sisi lain seorang budayawan muda.
Most of the local internet active users having a hard time to believe that Indonesian blogosphere have been increasing rapidly both in size and quality, aren’t they all just diaries and another version of Friendster? When in doubt–and yes, I am in doubt most of the times, I’d be delighted to point out this blog.
Budayawan Muda is Wibisono Sastrodiwiryo (Javanese people and their fancy names, blah.). Wibisono is literally documenting culture by using the blogging media, instead of debating and ranting over it like most. Simply setting a different angle from what is commonly known as being a nationalist.
Enough with rambling politics, we could use some more young culturalists on board. Kudos.

Kudos (pronounced /?kju?d?s/, often /?ku?do?z/), from the Greek kydos (literally “that which is heard of”) means “fame” and “renown” resulting from an act or achievement. Extending “kudos” to another individual is often done as a praising remark. It entered English as British university slang in the early 1800s. In Standard English, as in Greek, Kudos is a singular and not a plural noun. However, in common use, one frequently encounters dialects and idiolects in which the noun is plural: She received many kudos ['ku:do?z] for her work.
The term became more widespread in the mid-1980’s when the Kudos Granola Bar was introduced and became extremely popular. Usage expanded again as the term entered the vocabulary of the gaming community. For example, you can earn kudos for completing certain in-game tasks, such as those in the Metropolis Street Racer and in the Project Gotham Racing series.
