Wimar Witoelar’s Crocs
- Orange crocs, that is.
Crocs. Who never heard of it? But the real question is, who really wears it? Crocs shoes are unmistakeably one of the most comfortable and definitely colourful plastic shoes on earth–or Mars. We even have faux crocs at Pasar Jatinegara. It’s lightweight and slip-resistant too. For that matter, Wimar Witoelar wears ‘em with pride. I personally first noticed the orange crocs when Mr. W was hosting as a guest star on one of O Channel’s morning TV show. Too bad it was broadcasted from an indoor studio, if it was outdoor, chances are the Google Earth would’ve captured it from space.
Like to find one Indonesian that is courageous and honest enough to run (or at least to speak for) the country? Find one that is courageous and honest enough to wear orange crocs in public.

Other comfortable footwear of the year is the Brazillian Havaianas flip-flops. Quite pricey, so we’ll stick to Swallow sendal jepits.
